HPCL North Region had planned a Sales Promotion Campaign at 350 retail outlets under our North Regional Office covering 07 regions of North I.e. Delhi,Hisar, Panipat, Jammu, Jalandhar, Bhatinda & Simla

The campaign was launched with much fanfare with the presence of dealers, customers and Senior officials of HPCL & Team at the respective regions.

The campaign featured bumper prizes of One Car, One Bike per region and one guaranteed bumper prize per outlet for customers buying fuel worth Rs 400/- for two wheeler segment & Rs 1500/- for four wheeler Segment.  08 Maruti ALTO, 08 Mahindra Bikes and 350 HAIER Microwave Ovens were announced as prizes.

The campaign received an overwhelming response from customers and over 2,50,000 customers who participated in the same by way of sending an SMS message.

A simple SMS format was to be sent by customers who purchased fuel worth Rs 400 & above as per the qualifying requirement. The customers simply had to buy fuel and send an SMS as follows :

HP<space>Bunk id<space>BillNo to 9243524333.

The customer was instantly sent a response message saying 
"Thank you for your participation. Your tranx ID is 1234. Please retain your original bill to claim your prize in the lucky draw. 

Lucky winners were selected through a committee formed by HPCL at the  HPCL Regional meet along with select dealers held at Timber Trail, Parwanoo on 29th January 2016. Copy of the minutes and prize winner list can be viewed in this link : CLICK HERE

The prizes will be distributed by the respective regions in association with the dealers at a ceremony that will be attended by customers.
